“The Change Order”

2 oz Good Irish Whiskey – Redbreast 12 yr or Powers – John’s Lane Recommended
½ oz Sweet Vermouth – Hogan recommends Carpano Antica
½ oz Averna (Amaro)
2-3 Dashes Orange Bitters

Stir with Ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
